Interested in joining the MCTE Board?
MCTE is led by a caring and committed group of volunteers from around Minnesota, and we’d love for you to join us! Most positions on the board turn over every few years, and there is always room for additional Representatives at Large. You can also contact us about a more limited role contributing to the work of one of our sub-committees.
Most MCTE Board members express surprise at how much less complicated and time-consuming board service is than they assumed! If you’re interested in connecting with other English teachers and are curious about helping to facilitate the events, resources, and opportunities that MCTE provides, contact us to learn more!

- Two-Year College Chair
- College English Chair
- Representative at Large (always available)
